Voluntary Action LeicesterShire's Vinvolved Vmedia Hub group were tasked with creating a brand new young people website using their own ideas and designs.

 The purpose of the website is to:

• Give young people the opportunity to share news and information
• Give young people a porthole to share positive & negative experiences around volunteering
• To share information about issues that are important to them
• To give young people an opportunity to have their say through online surveys and questionnaires
• To give young people an oportunity to share news stories written by a team of community journalists

This website will be used to inspire young people to get involved in volunteering in their local communities, have a voice within VAL and to give young people a space to share interesting news stories.

This group will manage, update and make desicions on the content of the website on a regular basis.
